You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return unused items. This page explains what qualifies, how to start, and when refunds are paid.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send the items back. This matches your statutory right to cancel distance sales.
Not happy with your order? You don't have to give a reason — tell us within 14 days and send the unused items back for a refund.

Orders can be cancelled at no cost at any time before dispatch — email us as soon as possible. Within the 14-day window after delivery you can also cancel and return, using the process above.
If an item fails to work as described, contact us with photographs and a short description. Depending on the fault we repair, replace or refund; where an item is beyond economical repair we refund the item value in full.
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights. Where consumer law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
