Terms of Sale

These terms govern purchases from this website. By placing an order you accept them. They sit alongside our Shipping, Returns and Privacy pages.

UK delivery only

We deliver to UK addresses only — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Orders for delivery outside the UK cannot be accepted, and any payment taken for such an order is refunded in full.

Minimum order

The minimum order value is £100, excluding delivery. Orders below £100 are cancelled and refunded in full within 5 working days.

Scope of what we sell

This website sells accessory hardware and paper goods only — for example grinders, rolling papers, tips, trays, pipes, lighters and storage. We do not sell controlled substances, and nothing on this website should be read as an offer to supply them.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable in the UK, the basket is below the minimum order value, or we suspect fraud or abuse.
Where we cancel before dispatch we refund in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the standard UK rate of 20% where applicable (VAT no. GB 475205394).
UK delivery is free on every order that meets the £100 minimum; there is no delivery charge to pay.
If a price is listed incorrectly we may cancel the affected line and refund it rather than honour the error.
Payment is taken by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

Delivery

Dispatch times and carriers are described on the Shipping & Delivery page and delivered by Royal Mail, normally within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address provided.

Returns and refunds

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return unused items. Full details, including refund timings, are on the Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses (this site is for consumer purchases), or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and disputes may be brought in its courts, without affecting any rights you have to bring a claim in your country of residence where local law allows.
