Shipping & Delivery

How we send orders, what it costs, and what happens if a parcel goes missing. These terms apply to every order placed on this site.

Where we deliver

• We deliver to UK addresses only — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
• We cannot dispatch to addresses outside the UK, to freight-forwarding addresses, or to addresses we cannot verify.

Minimum order

Costs and options

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are normally dispatched the same day; later orders and weekend orders go out the next working day. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Packaging

• Every order is sent in a plain, unbranded outer box or bag — nothing on the outside identifies the contents or the store.
• Inside, items are wrapped so nothing rattles or shows through. No invoices or promotional inserts are fixed to the outside of the parcel.
• If you need a specific delivery instruction (safe place, neighbour, or an in-flight change), add it at checkout or email us before dispatch.

If a parcel is late, lost or damaged

1. Check the tracking link first — most delays are a missed delivery attempt or an address issue.
2. If tracking has not moved for 3 working days, email hello@everyonedoesit.co.uk with your order reference.
3. For a parcel confirmed lost we replace or refund the item value once the carrier claim is settled (normally 5 working days).
4. For damage in transit, send photographs of the packaging and contents within 3 days of delivery.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery address before paying. If an order is returned to us because of an address error or a refused delivery, we can resend it, or refund the item value.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered on the Returns & Refunds page. Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
